Make sure it's a hardware or software problem first. Check if the ball screw is normal. Check for foreign objects entering the track. This tends to happen more easily if some large, hard object slips into the linear mod accidentally, which can also cause the linear mod/stop to work. Therefore, when the linear module does not work, we can first check whether there are foreign objects in the track, and take it out carefully after power failure to see if it can return to normal.

In short, the linear module is a relatively sophisticated device, and we still need to use and maintain it carefully in daily use. Therefore, the effective way to prevent the failure of the linear module is to do routine maintenance, and the personnel operating the linear module must be trained.
