1. Remove the cover and check whether the screws of each part are loose. If it comes loose, lock it with a tool and check to see if it reappears.


2. Check the overall straightness of the guide rail and whether the position of the screw hole is offset or loose. If yes, reposition and lock the rail to ensure straightness;


3. Check nuts and screws for problems and remove them. In order to completely eliminate it, it is recommended to pull out the steel ball of the nut, re-adjust the nut to ensure uniform clearance, add appropriate lubricant to improve the finish, and re-install the nut for inspection.


4. Then check the bearing, support seat, fixed side and various components, reinstall the lock, and conduct a power-on test on the lock cover to see if the fault can be eliminated.
